Nadja Cleven

Founder Nadja Cleven has more than 15 years international experience in the event & tourism industry, specialized in incentive travel management.

Born and raised in Germany, Nadja finished her Bachelor degree in Tourism & Event management in Maastricht in 2010 and immediately chose to follow her passion, travelling, working abroad and learning new languages.

Her first international working experience took her to Ibiza, where she started working for Incentivos Ibiza for more than 10  years.

Arriving in Cape Town 2019 for the first time, Nadja discovered her passion for South Africa and decided to base herself in Cape Town and founded SA Away, in cooperation with the founders Incentivos Ibiza.

Nadja’s restless character and her great passion for travel and tourism guarantee that she knows South Africa better as most locals and sees It as her very own mission to make sure every visiting group gets to know the vibrant charm of this country.

Olga Piqué and Mihaela Caliman

Olga and Mihaela are the team behind SA Away, the founders of Incentivos Ibiza and our senior partners In Sa Away. With more than 20 year’s experience in the incentive market, running a successful dmc in Ibiza, they add great expertise and know how to our team.

For 15 years they are real experts and leaders, when it comes to the Balearic Islands and know exactly what it takes to create a new offer for incentive travels:

making sure we know every corner of our destination and guarantee excellent service.

When Nadja left Ibiza to base herself in Cape Town their decision was clear, to expand their offer and add a new destination to their portfolio… South Africa!
